Christina Via

Christina provides Controller Workload, Human Factors expertise and a variety of training offerings to Pipeline Performance Group clients, while also overseeing the firm’s administrative operations.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Human Resources specialization) from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree in Systems Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. After a 20 year career in Human Resource Management in the Department of Defense industry, Christina now brings this expertise to her role as a Human Factors Consultant, helping pipeline operators strengthen control room management, safety, training and organizational performance with Controller well-being at the forefront.
